Tallest man in the world

As of May 2024, Sultan Kösen, a Turkish farmer, holds the World Record for the tallest living man at 8 ft 2.82 in (251 cm). Kösen has held the record since 2009 and also holds records for the largest hands and feet of a living person. To reduce strain on his body, Kösen uses a mobility scooter between setups. His record-breaking height has also afforded him other benefits, including free life-saving surgery, specially tailored clothing, and the opportunity to travel the world.
